Just a little about me and Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.

I am a fully qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist/Psychotherapist based in Carlisle, Cumbria. I offer online as well as in-person sessions, which helps if you don’t live locally! My Diplomas include a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and the gold star of diplomas for Hypnotherapists the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD). 

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy differs from other types of hypnosis therapies because it does not unpick past trauma, but focuses on your preferred future. 

You will find that you will have a relaxing, enjoyable time at each session. How good does that sound?

Confidence building

Confidence building can come from setting small achievable goals. Maybe you have a presentation to go to or a big exam coming up. Hypnotherapy, can help you to break free from the negative self-talk and limiting beliefs, allowing you to feel more self-assured and confident in yourself and your abilities to do the things you need to do and the things you want to do.

Motivation

Motivation fuels competition and allows us to make connections and build our social network. We all lack motivation at times, but if your finding your feeling “stuck in a rut,” Hypnotherapy can help you to move from the “I can’t be bothered,” frame of mind to an “I’m ready let’s do it!”

Anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear that can be mild or severe. Anxiety is a natural human response when we feel that we are under any kind of thereat. Everyone experiences some feelings of anxiety at certain times, you may feel worried and anxious about sitting an exam or having a job interview, but if it’s happening on a regular occurrence, it’s time to seek some help.

These fears can interfere with normal living Research has shown that Hypnotherapy can help people overcome their phobias, in only a few sessions.

Everyone has their own triggers for what makes them angry, it could be you feel threatened, frustrated about a situation, or feel your being treated unfairly. Anger can ruin relationships, get us in trouble and make us and the people around us very miserable. Hypnotherapy can help to control anger in a more healthy and productive way. You will learn how to control your reactions and emotions, so that you can feel happier and more in control.

My Fees

I offer a FREE Initial Consultation then after that the sessions are £75.00 (60 mins)

A block booking of 6 sessions will be £375.00, offering a savings of £75.00.

A one session of Smoking Cessation (120 mins) is £180.00
